Uses the functionality introduced with #21950 to support interface-inheritance definitions with vendor extensions for client generation as well. This is for example useful when the schemas in a
oneOfdoes not refer to some shared schema that carries the discriminator.Specification example:
Note that this does not solve the issue by itself, since the generated interface will look like
rather than the more correct
(what has been corrected is that fields that are not the discriminator has been removed).
This is tied to a separate issue that I plan to adjust for in a separate PR. It has to do with how a discriminator is interpreted and generated in the
data_class.mustacheand thedefinition.
PR checklist
Commit all changed files.
This is important, as CI jobs will verify all generator outputs of your HEAD commit as it would merge with master.
These must match the expectations made by your contribution.
You may regenerate an individual generator by passing the relevant config(s) as an argument to the script, for example
./bin/generate-samples.sh bin/configs/java*.IMPORTANT: Do NOT purge/delete any folders/files (e.g. tests) when regenerating the samples as manually written tests may be removed.
